Bellydance Drills & Conditioning

Strengthen your bellydance skills AND your muscles in this all-levels bellydance class. Build up your endurance, strength, and skill through a combination of dance drills and strength training. We'll split our time between muscle groups to be sure to provide a balanced workout, both in terms of the conditioning and the dancing.

The class is available two times a week; Monday evenings at 6 pm and Friday mornings at 9:30 am.
