Theo Ubique: Grey Gardens

Book by Doug Wright, Music by Scott Frankel and Lyrics by Michael Korie

Directed by Fred Anzevino

Music Direction by Jeremy Ramey

The first Broadway musical to be based on a documentary, Grey Gardens is the hilarious and heartbreaking story of the aunt and cousin of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Once bright names on the social register of Long Island, “Big Edie” and “Little Edie” Bouvier Beale became East Hampton’s most notorious recluses, but beyond portraying their eccentricities, this show is about their psychological struggle as mother and daughter.
